Deadline for Requesting Housing Accommodations
Current TCNJ students who wish to request a renewal of their housing accommodations
for the Fall 2016 term must submit their requests and documentation no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, January 15, 2016. Any request that is incomplete or is received after that time will be placed on a waiting list and will be considered after the campus-wide housing selection process is completed. Please remember that you must comply with all processes and deadlines to request on-campus housing from Res Ed and Housing in order to live on campus, even if you are requesting accommodations. Roommates cannot be pulled in on housing selection unless the proposed roommate has received a lottery time slot in the drawing.
Deadline for Requesting Academic Accommodations
The deadline for new or revised academic accommodations for the Spring 2016 term is March 1, 2016. Any requests received after this time will be considered for possible application in the next term. Please remember that any revised accommodations requests must be accompanied by updated medical documentation that justifies the change requested.
Exam Administration Assistance
Instructors who would like assistance in administering exams to DSS-affiliated students should complete this request form and return it to the DSS office at least three business days before the exam date. Due to limited space and staff, DSS reserves the right to schedule the exam administration dates and times to comply with our office hours and availability. Because of the high volume of requests for this assistance, we cannot proctor exams that are rescheduled for reasons not directly related to disability, such as travel, vacations, or social events.Exam Administration Request

Due to the large number of students requesting meetings with this office, we have had to institute a new appointment policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled for that day. It is the student's responsibility to contact us to reschedule a cancelled appointment. If you have a scheduled weekly check-in meeting and miss two meetings in a semester, your meeting time will be taken off the schedule. Please respect your time and ours by keeping your scheduled appointments.
