Letters
If you are interested in requesting accommodation letters, please follow this process.
New Students
1. Register with our office.*
2. Sign up for classes.
3. Print out class schedule from PAWS and write down your name, cell number, and email.
Or if you would prefer, you could download this Letter Request Form, fill it out, and submit it to our office.
4. Bring your schedule to our office at Eickhoff 159.
*(For more information on how to do so please refer to the accommodation process link under the students or parents section of our website. )
Please note that accommodation letters must be requested at the beginning EVERY semester.
Returning Students
Please follow steps 2-4 above. Remember to request letters before classes start in order to ensure accommodations can be met for your first class.
