How Can the Office of Differing Abilities  Services (ODAS) Help You?

Process of Attaining Assistance:

If you have a disability that requires assistance or accommodations, it is recommended that you register with our office. Please note that you must have already accepted TCNJ as your school before beginning this process.

  1. Determine Eligibility
  2. Register with our office
  3. Provide Documentation
  4. Set up an appointment with our Licensed Professional Counselor—Terri Yamiolkowski
  5. Discuss necessary accommodations
  6. Provide class schedule to ODAS in order for your “letters” to be generated
  7. Email professors to familiarize them with your disability and set up an appointment with them (sample email)
  8. Pick up “letters” and deliver them to professors at your meeting time
